When you contact us directly — whatever information you choose to share, by email or otherwise.
When you sign up for our free guide or newsletter — your first name and email address, via Mailerlite.
When you become a client — your name, business name, contact details, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we don't store your card details ourselves).

We use your information to:
Respond to enquiries and deliver the services you've asked for
Send you information you've specifically requested (such as a free guide)
Send occasional useful updates, if you've opted in to hear from us
Process payments for our services
Meet our legal and accounting obligations

ClickUp — to manage our client and project records
