About us

Glass Creative is a sole trader business owned and operated by Mike Wright.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

Glass Creative provides sales systems consultancy for owner-operated service businesses, delivered in three stages:

  • The Blueprint — a paid discovery and mapping session, resulting in a report and a fixed quote for the build.

  • The Build — the agreed system, built to the fixed fee quoted in your Blueprint.

  • Run & Maintain — an ongoing monthly service to keep your system running, on a 12-month minimum term.

Booking a discovery call

Booking a free discovery call does not commit you to any paid service. It's an opportunity for us to understand your business and for you to decide whether to go ahead with a Blueprint.

Payment terms

  • The Blueprint is payable upfront, either in full or via an agreed payment plan.

  • The Build fee is fixed and agreed with you before work begins, based on what your Blueprint identifies.

  • Run & Maintain is billed monthly via Direct Debit (GoCardless), on a 12-month minimum term. Cancellation terms will be confirmed in your service agreement.

Prices are shown in GBP. Glass Creative is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.

Cancellations and refunds

  • The Blueprint is a bespoke, delivered service. Once the session has taken place and the report delivered, it is non-refundable.

  • The Build and Run & Maintain cancellation and refund terms will be set out in your individual service agreement, agreed before work begins.

  • If you need to reschedule a discovery call or Blueprint session, contact us as early as possible at hello@glasscreative.co.uk.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once paid for in full, the Blueprint report and any systems we build for you belong to you. Our own internal processes, templates, and methodology remain our intellectual property.

Website use

This website is provided for general information about our services. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
