The problem
Face the Future have spent twenty years selling professional skincare, the SkinCeuticals and Environ end of the market, alongside a clinic. In September 2025 they acquired Luxurious Look, a luxury haircare retailer carrying Davines, Aveda, Aesop and Kérastase. That is when we started with them.
So: two brands, two audiences, two catalogues, and a sending schedule running several campaigns a day across a stack of different lists. Every one of those campaigns featured somebody else's products, and prestige beauty brands have firm views about how they appear. Imagery, claims, pricing, what can sit next to what. Get a detail wrong and it is not a design problem, it is an agreement problem.
Our Solution
Campaign design for both brands, at pace, for fourteen months. Face the Future and Luxurious Look had to stay recognisably themselves rather than drifting into one house style, because they sell different things to different people.
The volume moved with their calendar. Three campaigns in a quiet month, thirty in a busy one, each going out more than once a day across different lists. At that rate you cannot treat every campaign as a fresh design problem, and you cannot treat any of them as a template either. The work was finding the way between those two and holding it for fourteen months, without anything going out that broke somebody's brand rules.
